Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited ("Wheelock") respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of Laws of Hong Kong).
The provision of your personal data is voluntary.
Wheelock intends to use your name, e-mail address, and phone number ("contact data") for the purpose of sending direct marketing communications to you, and your consent (which includes an indication of no objection) is required in order for us to do so.
The following classes of products, services and subjects of Wheelock, any member of the Wheelock and Company Limited group of companies, including but not limited to Club Wheelock Limited and Wharf Holdings Limited ("Wheelock Group Companies"), and other businesses may be marketed:
1. residential properties developed by Wheelock Group Companies;

6. financial, insurance, credit card, banking, foreign exchange, and other related services and products;
7. telecommunication, internet and mobile communication services;
8. food, wine and beverages and related services;
9. travel and leisure services, including but not limited to holiday package products and services offered by travel agents, tickets to theme parks and other attractions;
10. consumer electronics, computers and peripherals, printed matter including books, newspaper subscriptions and magazine subscriptions, audio visual titles, computer software and games, mobile telephones and peripherals, toys, furniture, home furnishings, home appliances, houseware and tools, stationery, sporting equipment, fashion and apparel, watches and jewelry, suitcases and bags, food and consumables, beauty products and cosmetics, gift, flowers and hampers, health and beauty services, included but not limited to medical check-ups and spa packages, and vouchers, coupons and gift cards;
11. professional and consulting services;
12. tickets for concerts, exhibitions, films, theatricals, sporting and special events; and
13. real estate purchases or rentals.
If you consent to the use of your contact data for these marketing purposes and the provision of your data to the persons mentioned in paragraph 6 below for marketing purposes, please tick the direct marketing opt-in box below.
Wheelock may provide your contact data to agents of any of the Wheelock Group Companies for marketing any of the Wheelock Group Companies' products, services and subjects listed in paragraph 4 above on their behalf, both in and outside Hong Kong.

Notes applicable to the floor plans of this section:

There are architectural features, metal grilles and/ or exposed pipes on the external walls of some of the floors. For details, please refer to the latest approved building plans.
Common pipes exposed and/ or enclosed in cladding are located at/ adjacent to the balcony, utility platform and/or roof and/ or flat roof and/ or air-conditioning platform and/ or external wall of some residential units. For details, please refer to the latest approved building plans and/ or approved drainage plans.
There are sunken slabs (for mechanical & electrical services of units above) and/ or ceiling bulkheads for the airconditioning fittings and/ or mechanical & electrical services at some residential units.
Balconies and utility platforms are non-enclosed areas.
The indications of fittings such as sinks, hobs, toilet bowls, wash basins, bathtubs etc. shown on the floor plans are indications of their approximate locations only and not indications of their actual size, designs and shapes.
There are exposed pipes mounted at part of flat roof and roof of each Tower in the Phase. Only part of the exposed pipes are covered by aluminium cladding.
